Vitals Matter — Firefighter Health Monitoring MVP

MVP design for a health-tech platform that turns wearable sensor data into actionable insights — built for firefighters who need to monitor their physiological state in high-pressure conditions.

Vitals Matter had a product idea and rough wireframes, but no investor-ready prototype. The harder challenge: translating dense physiological data from wearables into something a firefighter could act on quickly, even after a stressful incident.

Designed the full MVP in 3 months — a vitals dashboard with a wellness score and benchmark, a digital Incident Summary form that replaced a previously offline paper process, health trend indicators, and color-coded safe-zone charts that make abnormal readings immediately obvious.

Delivered a polished working Figma prototype — moving from rough wireframes to a complete, investor-ready MVP the client could present for fundraising.
